This 7-day online course offers a comprehensive introduction to yoga asana (poses), designed to help beginners develop strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation through simple, accessible practices. Each day includes educational content on a new aspect of yoga and a guided sequence of poses, allowing you to progress naturally.
